Tariff for 2011/2012

Cancellation
In the event of a cancelled booking within 21 days of arrival date, guests are
responsible for full payment unless the room is successfully re-booked.
We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance to cover such
losses

Children

Our King Size Sea View room can accommodate two children up to a
maximum age of 10 and are charged at an additional £10 per child per night.

Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets

Smoking
The Seavista is strictly non-smoking inside the building, there is a wall
mounted ashtray available outside on the front terrace should you wish to
smoke

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is between 4-6.30pm unless by prior arrangement
Check-out up to 10.30 am on day of departure

Booking
A deposit equalling the total of your first night’s stay is payable in order to

reserve your dates and confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is payable on departure.
We accept debit and credit cards

Minimum Stay

Bookings are taken for a minimum period of 2 nights out of season, and a
minimum of 3 nights during summer school holidays however if there is a gap
between two bookings we are happy to fit you in – please call to discuss your
requirement
