What You Say About Us

Didn’t arrive untill 11pm, called on way down to let them know and when we got there Kate had waited up so we could check in where the honesty bar was also very welcoming. When we got up in the morning we were welcomed with a fantastic breakfast and amazing views over the bay. We thought the B&B had been renovated for this season as it was absolutly spotless but after speaking to Kate at breakfast we found out it was done 2-3 years ago which shows how well they care for it and look after everything. Had to make this trip for work but will be returning with the missus.

This is our 3rd stay at Seavista including staying in the lodge.. Again we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed every moment we were there. It’s a wonderful tranquil place and you have to stay there to experience it. Kate and ozzy are doing themselves proud and we will continue to revisit and hopefully even stay in the loft apartment ☺️

My husband and I stayed at seavista for a few days of rest and relaxation. It is truly a beautiful place. The room was decorated perfectly and was bright and welcoming. Kate (the owner) was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was by the far the best we have had at a b n b. We will definitely be returning.

We had an excellent stay. Weather perfect, sea view room and the extra of a birthday cake for my partner was arranged.
We loved the breakfast and the staff serving very friendly.
We really enjoyed sitting in the lounge taking photos and watching the view.
Kate thank you!
You made our stay great and again sorry I did not see you! We will be down with little man to be too

My girlfriend and I stayed here prior to a two night stay at the nearby Bedruthan Steps hotel and will definitely be returning. First off, the B&B is set in a superb location with fantastic views of Mawgan Porth beach boasting facilities such as a well stocked ‘honesty bar’, reliable Wifi, lovely communal lounge and a small outside seating area that overlooks the beach.

The owner is extremely friendly/approachable and couldn’t do enough for us. Upon our arrival we had a lovely cup of tea with a homemade slice of lemon cake which was delicious and were given numerous recommendations on where to go for a meal / drink in the local area. All the communal areas were spotless and the whole place had a good ‘clean’ feel to it.

The bedroom was spacious with everything we needed in it and was well equipped with tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in and the bathroom was amazing with a lovely shower and light up mirror. Our bedroom had a funky beach theme which gave my girlfriend and I a real feeling of being on holiday and away on a break. There was a large Samsung television in the room if we wanted to watch it and also two comfortable chairs. After our night out in Mawgan Porth we returned and made use of the honesty bar which stocks a good range of drinks at amazing prices. We chose to have ours outside listening to the sea.

In the morning we had a lovely cooked breakfast with locally sourced produce served by another member of staff who had excellent customer service skills. The room where breakfast is served is lovely and also boasts sea views on some of the tables. I’m a lad who likes his food and there was more than enough on the plate for me and I didn’t need to eat again until the following evening! All the food tasted fresh and there was no grease on the plate. As well as the cooked option, the menu boasts a variety of different options including a breakfast smoothie and numerous cereals etc.

As customers, considering our stay and the numerous facilities the B&B has to offer, the phrase ‘value for money’ doesn’t even come close and we will DEFINITELY be returning. I have included some photographs to show our room and the other areas around the B&B.

“Very High standards”

We have just returned from Seavista and initially chose this accommodation because of the good reviews.Luckily the reviews proved to be correct Mawgan Porth is an easy five minute walk down the hill. The accommodation is immaculate and very well loved. There is a good choice at breakfast which was fresh ,good quality local ingredients and very well presented. The views from the accommodation are wonderful, really pretty and you will struggle to find accommodation with such a view and a huge deck where you can enjoy a Pims or something from the bar.The lady who served us at breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. If you want to stay in Mawgan Porth then you will struggle to stay anywhere better.Book early to avoid disappointment. Happy holidays xxx Oh yes Thank you for topping our yummy biscuits up each morning

“Just keep coming back”

My 4th visit to the Wonderful Seavista! I love everything about it, stayed in room 5, a generous sized room with incredible sea views. Always spotlessly clean. Kate & Carol are so welcoming and it really does feel like a home from home. Arrived to a pot of tea and homemade lemon cake..yum!
Great selection for breakfast, full ‘Cornish’ or something lighter if you prefer, smoothies or granola, my fav. this time was the smoked salmon & scrambled egg.
Honesty bar is a great idea after a hard day on the beach or that long cliff walk 😉
Will definately be going back! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Room Tip: Always stayed in Room 5 with fantastic sea views.
