Whenever I design the new breakfast menus for our B&B, porridge is always a staple contender, its one of those breakfasts that can often be considered a little on the dull side, but the nutritional value packed into just one bowl can set you up for the rest of the day, jumbo oats are a MUST when it comes to making the best porridge and by adding hemp and chia seeds you’ll be getting a power punch of fibre, Omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium.
